I think there is already an API written which you can just include in your code and it will make Jack available to the application as a native driver instead of going through the ASIO sudo-driver bridge. First you must choose which audio device you want LiveProfessor to use. I believe that adding Jack support as another audio driver is not too difficult. Having yours be one of them would be amazing. There are a handful of Windows apps that are already Jack native. Also here is an idea… Maybe you can make LiveProfessor Jack native? The Jack ASIO driver all it does is hand off the applications audio to Jack so it’s really just a middle man to Jack. I’m not using any synths I’m just using it as a live effects rack so I don’t see how I could possibly reach 4gb of usage. Thanks thats what I figured too but wanted to double check.
